To qualify for this offer, you must reserve your hotel accommodations with the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center and confirm a minimum of 4 paid room nights. 

For example, you could purchase two rooms for 2 nights, one room for 4 nights or any combination thereof to reach a total of at least 4 paid room nights at the Gaylord over the conference dates.

This offer is also valid for attendees who have previously registered.
