ALL EXHIBITORS RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING PER BOOTH:

  • Draped 10’x10′ booth (eight-foot backdrop and 36-inch high side dividers)
  • ONE (1) company ID sign
  • Company listing in the Conference Pocket Guide
  • TWO (2) Full Conference Registrations
  • Full access to all networking events and Conference sponsored meals (excluding the pool reception)
  • Access to all attendees pre- and post-conference
  • FIFTEEN (15) drink tickets good at Expo bars

Additional Conference registrations can be purchased at $950/each. Includes access to Conference Central, Main Stage, Breakouts, and all meals (excluding the Welcome Reception).

Note: Vehicle Showcase exhibitors will receive a sign stand with literature rack in lieu of individual booth space with pipe and drape.

 

VALUE BEYOND THE BOOTH

In addition to getting an exhibit space perfect for your organization, consider a customizable sponsorship package that can include a booth(s) as well as additional conference registrations and increased exposure for your company. We can create custom sponsorship packages built around your specific needs to maximize the value of your participation at our conference. NBB is committed to helping you get the most out of your conference experience. These custom packages can be constructed without a large increase in cost over purchasing a booth(s) and conference registrations separately.

EXHIBIT PAYMENT & CANCELLATION INFORMATION

  • Exhibit booths that remain unpaid after 21 days will be released back into inventory.
  • Should an exhibitor need to cancel, written notice of cancellation must be received by Kinsley Meetings on or before November 24, 2018. Refunds will only be granted for 50% of the total amount of exhibit space contracted.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations of exhibit space after November 24, 2018.
