Safe and worry-free

Creating a safe, worry-free event experience is our top priority.

NBB is preparing for a full live event experience that all individuals onsite—attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel—remain safe and comfortable throughout the event.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and in constant communication with The City of Fort Worth and its partners at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, and Tarrant County Public Health to bring you the most up to date information possible.

Please rest assured we will continue to monitor state and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will share information with you as soon as it becomes available. We will provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants at this year’s conference. For the latest in conference updates, click here to sign up for emails regarding the conference.

Venues and accommodations

Our host venue, the Fort Worth Convention Center, released its Health and Safty Guidelines that provide in-depth details on how they facilitate a safe, secure and healthy environment onsite for all participants during the event.

Our accommodations partner, Omni Hotels & Resorts in an effort to Stay A Part of Safety, we have updated our already thorough cleaning guidelines and implemented additional processes and procedures to ensure your health, safety and comfort as part of the new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative. Learn more about Omni Safe & Clean here.

Transportation

We are staying up to date on all travel guidelines, considerations, and restrictions from global and local authorities. We’ll be reporting any major transportation or travel announcements that impact the event here on our website.
